1. During the use of the electric transfer cart, check the technical status of each component regularly, clean up the dust, water, oil, iron filings and other debris that may enter the body in time and take protective measures.
2. The air duct of the motor must be unobstructed, and no heat source can be placed around the motor. If problems are found, take preventive measures in time.
3. Under normal circumstances, replace the grease every six months. When replacing the grease, wash the bearings with kerosene or gasoline first, and then fill up two-thirds of the bearing chamber with grease.
4. The motor should be overhauled regularly, usually once every three months, and overhauled once a year. If the motor winding is burnt due to an accident, it should be disassembled and analyzed in time. Usually the secondary winding is burnt out due to start switching failure or capacitor short circuit; the main winding burnout is caused by long-term overload or starting stall. Replace the motor windings and eliminate the cause of the accident before reuse.
