How to Achieve Safe Operation of RGV?
The first safety distance detection system: the non-contact anti-collision device is installed in the direction of the auxiliary rail of the RGV car. When the operator or obstacle is detected, the car will slow down and stop running. The stopping position can be adjusted through the sensing panel.
Second light warning: when the RGV car runs automatically, it has an indicator light; When the car is in the non-automatic running state, the indicator light is off. When the car enters the running state from the stopped state, sound and light alarm will be given.
The third emergency stop device: When the RGV car is in sudden abnormal condition, it must have an emergency stop device to maintain itself. The emergency stop device is located on the vehicle body for easy identification and operation, and the emergency stop function can be realized by simple operation such as "hand pressing". With the system chain protection function, after the emergency stop, as long as the safety of the stop reason is not confirmed, even if the exception has been lifted, the car will not start running again!
