Trolley Wire Power Supply 20–50 tons (fixed long routes) Trolley wires must be laid along the rails (3–4 meters above the ground), with straight rail sections as the main focus. Coil transfer on fixed rails in steel plants; long-distance equipment handling in heavy machinery factories.
Cable Reel Power Supply 20–30 tons (fixed short routes) Cables move with the vehicle via a cable chain, with a maximum route length of ≤200 meters. Short-distance heavy-load transfer in medium-sized steel plant workshops; segmented fixed-route transportation in shipyards.

 

 

Accurate adaptation of environment and power supply methods

Clean/constant temperature environment (such as electronic factories, pharmaceutical factories): Priority should be given to lithium battery power supply (no cable dragging to avoid dust accumulation);
High dust/high temperature environment (such as metallurgical plants and casting workshops): Cable power supply must be selected (sliding contact wires with dust covers, cables made of high temperature resistant materials);
Outdoor/Rainy Environment: Cable power supply should choose "waterproof sliding contact line" (IP67 protection), and battery power supply should add a rain shelter to the battery compartment (to avoid water ingress and short circuit).
