Working principle
1. Its driving part is composed of two motors, which are respectively installed on the driving wheel, and the other end is composed of two universal wheels;
2. Turning is realized by the differential speed of the two motors when turning. The specific realization is controlled by the steering button on the wireless remote control. Press the left turn button, and the trackless flat car will turn left. Press the right turn button and the flat car will turn to the right. It has the function of walking and turning without interruption; the whole vehicle is safe and easy to operate.
3. The motor mounted on the driving wheel is equipped with a brake lock device, which has the function of stopping when the power is turned off and stable safety performance.
4. The driving power of the whole vehicle is provided to the DC motor by the battery installed in the flat car, which has the advantages of stable starting, large starting torque, small impact on the reducer, low voltage and long service life.
5. Since the wheels are of colloidal material, the ground requires cement or steel plate ground.
6. The operation of the whole vehicle is safe and flexible, and the running distance is not limited. It is widely used in the factory environment where the track is not required.
