I. Diverse Driving Methods to Meet Different Needs
Low-voltage rail power supply: Such as theBDG series, the 380V AC voltage is reduced to 36V through the ground step-down transformer control cabinet, and power is supplied to the flat transfer car through the rail sliding contact line. This method is safe and reliable, not bound by cables, not afraid of scalding , does not hinder cross transportation, and is easy to realize remote control and automation, providing great convenience for the layout of factory transportation. However, its track construction requirements are high, it is necessary to ensure track insulation, and when the running distance is long, it is necessary to increase the number of step-down transformers and add copper row compensation lines.
Battery power supply: Compared with AC motors, DC motors have the advantages of not being easy to burn out, large starting torque, and strong overload capacity, and the running distance is not limited. At the same time, there is no insulation requirement for the track, the construction is convenient and the cost is low, and it has higher safety performance, mobility and flexibility.
Sliding contact line power supply: A trench is opened on the side of the track, a safety sliding contact line is installed, and a cover plate that can be automatically lifted and lowered is laid on the trench. When the flat transfer car is running, the cover plate is lifted through the trench flap device, and power is obtained from the cable connected to the sliding contact line collector. The operation is not limited by distance, and can ensure the smooth passage of trackless vehicles.
Reel power supply: The cable reel is of magnetic hysteresis coupling type to ensure that the cable is evenly stressed and not easy to be pulled. AC 380V provides power for the YZ lifting metallurgical motor on the flat car to drive the flat car to run. When running, the cable reel automatically winds up or unwinds the cable, but affected by the power supply length of the reel, the maximum running distance is generally less than 200m.
Cable trolley power supply: One end of the cable is connected to the ground power supply, and is introduced into the control box through the cable trolley and traction wire rope to provide power for the YZ motor on the flat car to drag the flat car to run. However, the running distance is short, generally not more than 50m, otherwise it is easy to entangle the cable.
