Steel water truck is an important equipment for transporting ladle and molten steel and an indispensable and important link in steel-making production process. Reliable operation of steel water trucks is an important condition for continuous steel-making production. Once the operation of steel trolley fails, and the crane in this area can not work, it will directly affect the steel-making production. During the use of the steel water truck, it is mainly subjected to the gravity of the steel ladle, the support reaction of the track and the friction force. However, when the steel ladle is placed on the steel water truck by the crane, a large impact load will occur. The whole process is almost completed in a moment and has a large momentum at the same time. Therefore, it will have instantaneous impact on the transmission system and the body of the steel water truck. Frequent impact during production process will lead to loosening and falling off of threaded joints of driving mechanism of ladle car, and will also lead to axle breakage, resulting in damage to transmission system. In view of the above situation, consider increasing the disc spring cushion to reduce the impact when placing the ladle. The disc spring buffer is set in the tank rack supporting the steel ladle on the steel trolley, and the disc spring and guide rod are selected according to the design calculation. When the ladle is placed on the water truck, it will contact the guide rod first. The guide rod compresses the disc spring, which increases its elastic force from 0 to the maximum. At the same time, the impact force on the water truck increases from 0 to the maximum until the ladle falls steadily on the water truck. During this process, the peak pressure on the steel car will be greatly reduced, which effectively protects the steel body and the drive mechanism.
