Shanxi *** Casting Co., Ltd., established in 2009, mainly manufactures iron ingots and provides raw materials for large steel mills. The current daily output is 1,300 tons. The customer purchased a rail car from our company in June 2021. The specific parameters of the rail transfer car are as follows:

The rail car with a load of 15 tons is powered by a battery. The battery is a maintenance-free battery. Because this rail car is used to transport molten steel in the workshop, the whole car has been treated with high temperature resistance, including explosion-proof motors and explosion-proof batteries. Lights, etc., are also insulated on the outside.
The project company needs to add a metallurgical ladle car because it wants to expand the production scale. After comparing the plans of the company, we finally adopted the plan of our company.
