The characteristics of the conductive slider of the rail transfer trolley

The conductive slider is an important part of the whole rail transfer trolley. Its main function is to take power.We can also name it as the power take-off device.The device is in contact with the track.After the power is taken,the electric power is transmitted to the motor.

1.High speed:The highest design speed of rail transfer trolley is generally higher than the current speed of traditional rail transfer trolley by 20-40km/h.

2.Low noise:In the past, ordinary wheels were used,and the suspension springs of the suspension between the trolley body and the bogie used a plate spring.The vibration damping performance is not good,and the wheel and rail noise is large.The rail transfer trolley generally adopts elastic wheels. The air spring is suspended,so the vibration damping performance is good and the noise is small.

3.high comfort:rail transfer trolley has good vibration reduction performance,low noise and high comfort.

4.AC traction adopts AC drive:Because AC asynchronous motor has the advantages of small size,light weight,easy maintenance and less failure,the miniaturization of the filter element is conducive to installation on urban rail vehicles with relatively compact overall layout.
