Customized Ladle Transfer Cart Being Used in Russia
Ladle transfer cart design requirements: double drive reducer and motor, with ladle bracket, slag plate, climb ladder, with safety railings around, power cable lead device.
1. The ladle transfer car wheel adopts a forging treatment. All welds are tested after welding, and the thickness of the steel plate in the main part is not less than 20mm.
2. The motor and reducer of ladle cross-span transfer cart are connected by coupling, and the electric hydraulic lock brake is adopted.
3. A mechanical buffer must be installed on the north side of the ladle transfer cart. In order to ensure the site on the south side of the ladle straddle vehicle, the buffer on the south side of the ladle straddle vehicle cannot be installed on the south side of the track.
4. The ladle straddle transfer cart is designed with a movable breathable brick treatment platform, slag baffle, bag frame, boarding step, and safety railings around it.
5, Ladle transfer cart must be designed with a motor reducer protection box.
6, Ladle transfer cart design should be at both ends of the double limit control mode, the control is driven by the frequency converter, the motor should choose a frequency conversion motor.
