1. The battery power electric rail industrial car cannot work for a long time without interruption, and the uninterrupted work for a long time can easily damage the accessories of the electric flat car. Therefore, we should stop every two hours to ensure that all its parts can be effectively repaired.
2. When the usage rate is relatively high, you need to check the wear and tear every other month. If there is serious wear, you should stop working immediately and replace the problematic part.
3. At the beginning of each month, it is necessary to lubricate the contact pulleys and running bearings of the battery power electric rail industrial carriage (that is, add lubricating oil), and check for loose foreign objects when checking the track.
4. For the electronic control board of the electric flat car, it should be cleaned every 2 months, and the specified reagent should be used to deash the panel.
5. The battery of the battery electric flat car should be checked every 1 year, and the battery with low voltage should be replaced. The battery needs to be replaced regularly with additional electrolyte.
