There are some car bodies: the car body is not deformed, the platform is flat and there are no pits, and the whole car is neat. The electrical switch is easy to use and the alarm bell is loud. All electrical appliances have good insulation. Some others: complete maintenance information, cleaning. Equipment parts are intact.

2.For battery-powered flat cars, when the power is insufficient, the battery should be taken out in time to charge as required, and replaced with a backup battery for operation. The replacement and charging of the battery should be performed by a special person. 3.It is forbidden to overload the equipment. It is necessary to handle the heavy objects smoothly and lightly to ensure that the components are evenly distributed and no emphasis is placed on them.

4.Always check the working status of each department. If you find that the temperature of the motor or bearing has increased or abnormal noises, you should park your car immediately to check. Do not drive level cars to top, bump, tow, or pull vehicles on the railway. The direction of travel and retreat is obvious, which is consistent with the switch's reverse and smoothness.

5.Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to announce the signal first, check the direction of movement without people and obstacles before starting, and stop and stop smoothly to avoid touching the end stop.
