Why does the steerable transfer wagon stop unexpectedly?

Steerable transfer wagons are used for transportation across multiple workshops. Compared with rail flat cars, trackless cars are separated from the dependence on the rails, which enables flexible and free action operations; steerable transfer cart is faster and more convenient to transport materials in factory sites and workshops. Save time and reduce costs. Improper use of the trackless electric flat car will cause the electric flat car to malfunction, such as accidental parking, etc., so pay attention to the following items when using it:

1. The steerable transfer wagon must be operated and maintained by dedicated personnel, and non-operating personnel are not allowed to use it casually.

2. Before driving an electric flat car, you must use the alarm bell to remind other staff members, and pay attention to whether there are abnormal conditions around to avoid accidents.

3. The steerable transfer vehicle should run slowly at full load, and it is not allowed to change the direction of travel quickly. The speed at no load can be determined by the needs of the operator.

4. Trackless electric flat cars are not allowed to be overloaded, and the objects should be stacked evenly. Remember not to pile in one direction.

5. In the event of a sudden power failure during work, the control switch should be reset to zero. After the work is completed, the power supply must be cut off.

6. When the steerable transfer wagon is out of use, the load should be unloaded and the equipment should be cleaned. Only in this way can the electric flat car have a longer service life.

In a word, the normal operation of an electric flat car is inseparable from its correct use and maintenance. Only in this way can it effectively extend its service life and ensure that it will not be affected during working use.
