Core components: 1-year free warranty (calculated from the date of acceptance of the equipment), and lifetime technical support is provided.

Wearable parts (such as wheels, brake pads, seals): 3-month free warranty, covering normal usage wear and tear.

Battery components (exclusive to battery transfer carts): 1-year warranty is provided, with a commitment that the capacity attenuation will not exceed 20% under normal use.

During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to its own quality issues, we will provide free original parts replacement suggestions and online repair guidance services.
After receiving fault feedback, respond to technical inquiries within 24 hours and provide professional solutions through video, phone, remote assistance, and other means.
Free lifelong technical guidance, including equipment maintenance, operating standards, troubleshooting and other consulting services.
