The electric control system provides power to the DC traction motor to start, stop, forward, reverse, and adjust the speed of the flat car.

It can be used in S-shaped track, arc-shaped track, inflammable and explosive, and ferry occasions. A hydraulic lifting system can be installed on the transfer cart.
