Safe and standardized operation guarantees efficient performance of rail electric transfer carts. Only trained and qualified technicians are permitted to operate and maintain the unit; unauthorized personnel must not touch the equipment. Before startup, operators shall read the operation manual thoroughly and get acquainted with equipment performance and maintenance requirements. Inspect rails, electrical circuits and all key components. The cart can only be activated following valid operation instructions, and the built-in warning alarm will sound automatically prior to movement.

During operation, operators shall stay fully focused, continuously monitor surrounding conditions and prepare for emergency stop at any time. Collision with rail end limit stops is strictly forbidden. Maintain steady low-speed travel; sudden acceleration, deceleration and abrupt reversing are prohibited. No maintenance or cleaning work shall be carried out while the cart is running. Overloading is not allowed under any circumstances. Cargo needs to be evenly distributed to achieve balanced load on the platform. We recommend adopting a dual-circuit power supply system to cope with unexpected power outages. In case of power failure, shift the control switch to zero position promptly. Once all transport tasks are finished, disconnect power supply and fully clean the cart to prevent foreign debris from entering mechanical gaps and triggering equipment malfunctions.

For maintenance notes: sufficient gear oil must be filled into the reducer before initial commissioning. Keep adequate lubricant inside the reducer during long-term operation. Conduct regular oil level inspection and periodic lubricant replacement as required.
