cable track flat car for with a capacity 10T for handling slab

Will the cable of cable reel transfer carts interfere with passing vehicles and pedestrians? As technology advances, the transfer carts manufactured by our factory keep getting upgraded. Our rail-mounted transfer carts fall into two categories: cable reel type and battery-powered type. Many customers wonder whether the dragged cable of cable reel transfer carts will hinder vehicles and pedestrians. We will explain this question in detail below.

For slip wire rail transfer carts, we can dig trenches along the travel route to accommodate slip wires, with cover plates installed on top of the trenches. As the cart travels, it drives the collector along the slip wire. An automatic flap device is adopted to feed power from the trench to the transfer cart. Cables arranged inside covered trenches will not obstruct vehicle traffic, while offering better protection for pedestrians. For high-temperature working environments, battery-powered rail transfer carts are recommended. Although the cart body can withstand high temperatures, special protection for cables is essential and must be taken into consideration.
