1. High temperature resistance and leakage prevention: the core guarantee for liquid metal transportation
Customization of steel ladle: equipped with high-temperature resistant alloy steel ladle (temperature resistance ≥ 1600 ℃), with anti sticking coating on the inner wall to avoid residual adhesion of molten steel/copper water; The connection between the ladle and the vehicle body is equipped with a double sealing structure, and an anti overflow groove is added to completely solve the pain point of ordinary transfer carts' inability to prevent high temperature leakage. ​
Vehicle thermal insulation protection: The outer layer of the frame is wrapped with aluminum silicate thermal insulation cotton, with a surface temperature of ≤ 50 ℃. Even if in close contact, it is not hot to the touch. Compared with the "room temperature protection" of the die transfer cart, it is more suitable for high-temperature workshop environments. ​
