The V-shaped bracket just fits the steel coil, like a "tailor-made groove". Whether it is a steel coil with a diameter of 800mm or 2000mm, it will not shake or roll when placed on it;
There is a thickened anti scratch rubber pad on the frame, which prevents direct contact between the steel coil and the frame. Previously, customers had a high scratch rate with a regular flatbed, but after replacing this one, the scratch rate has decreased by 90%. Both cold and hot steel coils can be used (the hot coil model has added a high-temperature resistant pad, which is not afraid of 300 ℃).
Heavy load is also stable, and safety is not a concern
Can carry steel coils weighing 10-300 tons, and can also withstand heavy steel coils;
Equipped with an automatic clamping device, the steel coil is clamped within 1 second after being placed, and it will not shift even with sudden braking; There are also dual brakes (electromagnetic+mechanical), which can lock the wheels even in the event of a power outage. There has never been a problem of rolling, and when someone approaches in the workshop, it will automatically slow down.
Flexible and user-friendly, no need to choose scenes
Are the sizes of steel coils different? The angle of the V-shaped frame can be adjusted, and both wide and narrow ones can be placed; Do you want to move other things (such as steel plates, molds)? Once the V-shaped frame is removed, it becomes a flat car, with one roof for two use;
Flexible power supply: Short distance fixed routes use cables, long-distance or outdoor use lithium batteries (can run for 8 hours after charging for 3 hours), no need to change workshop lines, old factories can also install them.

A: Charging for 3 hours can run continuously for 8 hours, which is sufficient for normal two shift operation. When there is no power, it can be charged by plugging in the battery without waiting for a long time.
Q: Can we use the old track in our workshop? Do you need to lay it again?
