The driving system of the mold transfer cart is a motor and a reducer. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, which is reduced by a 380V AC power supply through a step-down transformer to 36V three-phase, which is connected to the three rails.

Then the carbon brush on the transfer cart takes electricity from the wheels and supplies it to the on-board electrical box of the transfer cart. The step-up transformer in the electrical box boosts the voltage to 380V three-phase, and then supplies power to the motor. The control system in the electrical control box controls the forward, backward, and stop of the flat car.

Use and maintenance

1. During the use of the transfer cart, it is necessary to ensure good contact between the power-taking device on the transfer cart and the track.

2. The whole vehicle contains a step-up and step-down transformer. At the end of the wiring phase sequence of the transformer, attention should be paid to the line aging of the transformer, and the cable is replaced regularly.

3. For the occasions with long running distance, pay attention to the connection of the transformer, the phases of multiple transformers are required to be consistent.

4. There may be sparks when the transfer cart is running on the track, so avoid using it in flammable and explosive situations. If the carbon brush is found to be ignited during use, it should be checked in time.
