Steel ladle transfer cart is a kind of transfer cart used to transport specific high temperature ladle. Due to high temperature and high safety requirements, steel ladle transfer carts have higher requirements for body materials, transmission systems, and electrical control than ordinary transfer carts. In order to prevent molten steel or steel slag from splashing, the traction motor on the transfer cart is designed to start and stop slowly to reduce inertia. In order to prevent high-temperature radiation of the package body, heat insulation materials are provided in the car body. In order to better ensure the transportation of molten steel, under normal circumstances, a dual drive system is adopted. Once one of the systems fails, the other is guaranteed to complete a process cycle.
