The operation mode of the low voltage rail transfer trolley is to connect the 380V AC power to the AC safe voltage 36V through the transformer and connect them to the two tracks respectively. The AC 36V power supply on the rails is introduced into the on-board electrical box through the power taking device. The operation of the electric flat car is then controlled by the control system. The running distance of the car is limited. If the distance exceeds 80 meters, the number of transformers needs to be increased to compensate for the rail voltage drop.
