Special Transfer Cart On Rail

The BDGZ rail‑mounted special transfer cart is a low‑voltage rail‑powered electric flat car. It is named two‑phase track flat car as power is collected from two rails. For our Perfect BDGZ rail transfer trolley, a step‑down transformer converts 380V AC into 36V AC and feeds power to the two rails. The 36V AC power is fed into the on‑board electrical cabinet and converted into DC power by a 36V rectifier module.

The BDGZ two‑phase track flat car is highly flexible and capable of traveling along S‑shaped and curved tracks. It features unlimited travel distance and operating time, and adapts to high‑temperature and harsh working conditions. Track laying for the two‑phase flat car requires insulation treatment, which is critical under special operating conditions. For outdoor installation, waterproof measures shall be taken to avoid rail short‑circuit caused by water accumulation, which may disrupt normal operation of the cart.
