The BDGZ two‑phase low‑voltage rail‑powered transfer cart draws power from two energized rails. A step‑down transformer converts 380V AC input to 36V AC and feeds power to the two rails. The cart picks up 36V AC power and delivers it to the onboard electrical cabinet, where a 36V rectifier module converts alternating current into direct current.

Capable of running on S‑shaped curved rails, this cart features high flexibility, unlimited travel distance and long continuous operating hours. It suits high‑temperature and other harsh working environments. Rails shall be properly insulated during installation, especially under special working conditions. For outdoor applications, waterproof treatment is necessary to prevent water‑induced rail short‑circuits and unexpected breakdowns.
