Product Design

 

It is designed to lift the die mold or cargo positioned on some supports, to bring it inside the workshop, lie it down on other supports and go out from the room.

 

 

Indeed, this battery powered platform has the self-lifting feature according to your real need; its loading deck can be lifted by 200 mm thanks to some hydraulic cylinders placed inside the frame.

Since it has to work inside a painting room, this transport platform is completely protected by suitable rubber, steel and glass cover all around its perimeter.

Furthermore, it is equipped with rubber wheels sized in order to allow the trolley to travel on the grating floor even with full load.

This AC - electric - motor - driven trolley boasts a key advantage: its front wheels can turn 90° in both directions, enabling it to pivot around the rear axle center for an extremely small turning radius.

Rust/corrosion-resistant (acid-pickled, phosphated, electrostatic-sprayed), it endures harsh workshops. Stiffeners reinforce tire/motor connections, ensuring stability in starts/stops/turns for reliable operation.
