1. Safe Layout of Electrical & Control Components
The electrical cabinet and operation system of the rail trolley are installed in secure locations on both sides of the trolley. This placement avoids damage from external impacts and ensures easy access for maintenance.
All wiring inside the control cabinet is labeled with unique numbers. This simplifies troubleshooting, reduces maintenance time, and ensures clear identification of circuit connections.
2. Electrical Safety Standards & Protections
In compliance with safety standards, the rail trolley uses low safety voltage for its electrical system. This minimizes the risk of electric shock to operators, even in harsh industrial environments.
A residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB) is equipped to quickly cut off power in case of leakage, providing an additional layer of protection against electrical hazards.
Front and rear sound-and-light alarms are installed. These alarms activate during movement to alert nearby personnel and obstacles, preventing collisions.
3. Control Modes & Additional Protections
Dual Operation Flexibility: The rail trolley can be operated either alongside the trolley (manual on-site control) or via its dedicated control system, adapting to different on-site operation needs.
Pedal Control: It adopts a pedal control mode for key functions (e.g., start/stop). This design frees up operators' hands, allowing them to focus on load monitoring and surrounding conditions.
Multi-Circuit Protection: Three core protections are integrated to safeguard the trolley and its electrical components: overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, and overcurrent protection. These prevent damage caused by power fluctuations or abnormal current.
