Flaw detection carriage is a rail auxiliary tool that can quickly detect rail safety problems. The track inspection vehicle can detect the track size and irregularities, and assess the track quality, but the damage of specific track components, such as decay of sleepers and loose fasteners, must be manually inspected on the ground. The flaw detection carriage can also perform line deviation analysis, reasonably determine the maintenance plan, eliminate potential safety hazards, reduce repeated deviations, and improve work efficiency. The car can install multiple seats and can carry 2 to 4 people. Seat belts are installed on each seat. Seat belt can play a protective role. The speed of the car can be controlled by the driver. There are many options for the wheels. The first is steel wheels, and the second is polyurethane wheels.

1. Safe Placement & Labeling of Electrical/Control Components
The electrical cabinet and operation system are installed in secure locations on both sides of the rail trolley. This placement avoids damage from external impacts and ensures easy access for maintenance.
All wiring inside the control cabinet is labeled with unique numbers. This simplifies circuit identification, speeds up troubleshooting, and reduces maintenance time.
2. Electrical Safety Compliance & Protections
In line with safety standards, the rail trolley uses low safety voltage for its electrical system. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, even in humid or dusty industrial environments.
A residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB) is equipped to cut off power immediately in case of electrical leakage, providing critical protection against electrical hazards.
Front and rear sound-and-light alarms are installed. These activate during trolley movement to alert nearby personnel and obstacles, effectively preventing collisions.
3. Operation Modes & Multi-Layer Protections
On-Site Operation Flexibility: The rail trolley can be operated while walking alongside it, allowing operators to closely monitor cargo and adjust movement in real time.
Pedal Control Design: It adopts a pedal control mode for core functions (e.g., start/stop). This frees up operators' hands to focus on cargo stability and the surrounding environment, enhancing safety.
Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Three key protections safeguard the electrical system: overvoltage protection (prevents damage from high voltage), undervoltage protection (avoids unstable operation from low voltage), and overcurrent protection (stops circuit overloads).
