Carry out related loading and unloading operations after being stabilized. Both ends of the battery transfer carriage are equipped with alarm devices and anti-collision devices, which can ensure the safety of the flat car and people. After the loading and unloading operation is completed, press and hold the running button in the opposite direction to make the electric flat car run in the reverse direction, return to the initial position or the designated position, and release the button to brake the flat car. Parking brake for emergency situations. Press the button, the electric flat car brakes with emergency stop, release the button, the flat car can start again. After use, run to the storage location and check whether the power indicator is powered off within 30 seconds after the power is turned off. 1. Power Source Options

Three practical power modes are available to match different on-site needs:

Rechargeable accumulators (for cable-free mobility and flexible movement)

Mains power (ideal for fixed-path, long-duration operation with stable energy supply)

Generators (suitable for outdoor or remote areas without access to mains power)

2. Operational Logic

Electricity from the selected power source is transmitted to the traction motor via the electrical system. This drives the car to perform key functions, including starting, stopping, moving forward, reversing, and turning-enabling smooth navigation across workspaces.

Built-In Safety Mechanisms

All BWP Series Trackless Transfer Cars are equipped with dual safety protections: a warning alarm and a safety detection device. If obstacles or pedestrians are detected in the car's operating path during movement, the system triggers two immediate responses:

The warning alarm activates to alert nearby personnel.

The car comes to an immediate stop, preventing collisions and ensuring on-site safety.
