The wheels of the trackless electric flatbed are made of solid cast steel with outer polyurethane rubber. These wheels can carry tens of tons of weight without damaging the ground. The car has four wheels, two driving wheels and two passive wheels. The driving wheel is connected with a reducer and a motor, and is responsible for providing driving force for the trackless electric flatbed. When turning, the automatic control system controls one wheel to rotate, and the other wheel stops, so that the effect of turning can be achieved. The passive wheel is a universal wheel, which is very flexible and can rotate 360 degrees freely. In addition, the universal wheel is installed on the beam-column device. Even if the ground on the site is somewhat uneven, the wheel can adjust itself to make it reliably contact the ground.

The BWP Series Trackless Transfer Car is composed of seven core components, each ensuring reliable and flexible material transport: power source, gear train, steel structural load-bearing frame, steering mechanism, running gear, control system, and fault diagnosis module.

Power Supply & Operational Principle

1. Power Source Options

Three practical power modes are available to match different on-site needs:

Rechargeable accumulators (for cable-free mobility and flexible movement)

Mains power (ideal for fixed-path, long-duration operation with stable energy supply)

Generators (suitable for outdoor or remote areas without access to mains power)

2. Operational Logic

Electricity from the selected power source is transmitted to the traction motor via the electrical system. This drives the car to perform key functions, including starting, stopping, moving forward, reversing, and turning-enabling smooth navigation across workspaces.

Built-In Safety Mechanisms

All BWP Series Trackless Transfer Cars are equipped with dual safety protections: a warning alarm and a safety detection device. If obstacles or pedestrians are detected in the car's operating path during movement, the system triggers two immediate responses:

The warning alarm activates to alert nearby personnel.

The car comes to an immediate stop, preventing collisions and ensuring on-site safety.
