This project adopts a rail-mounted transfer cart with a rated load of 30 tons. This rail transfer cart is mainly used for transporting automobile chassis and realizing precise docking with positioner equipment.After delivering the automobile chassis to the positioner working station, the positioner starts operation to finish integral welding and assembly of the workpiece. This rail transfer cart is configured with an electromagnetic braking system and runs on storage batteries. As the client has finished rail installation on site, the flat cart can be positioned onto the rails directly for commissioning and formal operation.
