The advantages of battery power are as follows: 1. The use distance is not limited. 2. No noise and pollution will occur during operation. The battery life directly affects the performance of trackless transfer trolley.

Battery charging do not choose to use after recharging, after use recharging will damage the battery charge and discharge should be operated according to the instructions, the battery can cycle more than 1000 times, its service life can be more than 3 years. When charging, the charger can intelligently control the battery current and charging time (realize 3 stages of charging, that is, constant current-constant voltage-constant current automatic conversion), to avoid the battery charging and discharging under high current conditions, and the battery plate failures such as deformation, vulcanization, and loss of active materials have prolonged battery life. After a preliminary understanding of battery performance, its service life is estimated as follows:

(1) When the battery is 100% deeply discharged and then recharged, it can be used 100 to 200 times.

(2) When the battery is recharged after 70% deep discharge, it can be used 300 to 600 times.

(3) When the battery is recharged after 50% deep discharge, it can be used 500 to 1000 times.

(4) When the battery is recharged after 30% deep discharge, it can be used 1000 to 2000 times.
