Trackless design supports 360° in-place rotation; its minimum turning radius suits narrow workshop aisles. Polyurethane solid tires are wear-resistant and scratch-proof, protecting floors while operating stably on slightly uneven ground (slope ≤5°).

Standard with wireless remote control (range ≥50m) and on-board manual control - enabling safe remote operation to avoid close contact with heavy molds, and precise adjustment when needed.

Product application scenarios in factories
1.Transfer between mold storage area and production area: Precisely transport stored molds (e.g., injection molds, stamping molds) to production line equipment (injection molding machines, punch presses), or move molds from equipment back to the storage area after production, forming a "storage-production" loop.
2.Multi-equipment connection in the production line: In the same workshop (e.g., automotive mold workshop), connect multiple processing devices to transfer molds between multi-process equipment (e.g., rough machining tables, finishing tables, molding machines) for short distances, meeting process switching needs.
3.Mold maintenance/repair transfer: Transport old molds requiring maintenance/repair from the production area to the repair workshop, and send them back to the production area after repair-avoiding safety risks and efficiency losses of manually moving heavy molds.
New mold warehousing/old mold scrapping: Transfer newly arrived molds from the unloading area to the storage warehouse; move old scrapped molds from the production/storage area to the scrap disposal area, improving the factory's mold logistics chain.
4.Cross-area transfer between different workshops: In large factories, realize cross-area transportation of molds between workshops with different functions (e.g., mold design workshop → production workshop, production workshop → quality inspection workshop) without relying on general equipment like forklifts.
