Perfect has designed and customized BWP-10T transfer cart with pu wheel for a cable company in Xianyang City, Shanxi Province.

This polyurethane wheel trackless transfer cart handles large cable reels ranging from 2 meters to 2.5 meters in diameter. A dedicated fixed V-shaped cradle is installed on the rubber-tyred electric flat cart to support cable reel positioning. The equipment carries cable reels from the production assembly line to the warehouse area.It needs to cross the workshop and the factory door. The transfer cart with pu wheel must have the function of automatically adjusting the ground. The use of rubber wheels is both wear-resistant and protects the ground from damage. The customer specified two key indicators for transportation: responsive induction system and a maximum turning radius of 3.3 meters. Our engineers carried out multiple computer simulations of travel routes and optimized the polyurethane wheel arrangement and structural layout of the transfer cart. The finished unit meets all client specifications, achieving a minimum turning radius of 3.1 meters.
