1) When the single cells are assembled into a battery pack, they should be connected by welding to prevent sparks, reduce contact resistance, and ensure safe use and unblocked battery circuits under special circumstances.
2) When installing the battery, the polarity marks ("+" and "-") of the battery and the mark of the electrical appliance must correspond correctly. If the battery is incorrectly installed in the reverse direction of the electrical appliance, a short circuit or charging may occur, resulting in a rapid increase in the temperature of the battery.
3) In order to avoid short circuit of the battery pack, all conductive exposed parts shall be covered with plastic insulating sheath, and the wire connection interface shall be coated with sealant to prevent corrosion by mineral acid and ensure safe use.
4) Do not disassemble the battery when replacing the battery. When the battery is disassembled or separated, there may be contact between the battery components, resulting in a short circuit.
5) When replacing batteries, use new batteries of the same brand, model, and batch, and replace all batteries at the same time. When batteries of different brands and models or batteries of new and old are used together, due to the difference in voltage or capacity between different batteries, some batteries may be over-discharged.

One common mistake is connecting or disconnecting the battery terminals in the wrong order, which may cause short circuits. Always follow the correct sequence to reduce electrical risk.
Using a battery with incorrect voltage or capacity is another frequent issue and can lead to unstable operation or damage to the control system.
Improper battery fixation is often overlooked. A loosely installed battery may cause cable damage or power interruption during operation.
Skipping inspection after installation is also a mistake. Always check connections and perform a short no-load test before returning the transfer cart to service.
