2, Customized load-bearing design: conforms to irregular mold shapes
Large molds often have irregular structures such as raised guide columns and uneven bases, and the transfer platform needs to be adjusted accordingly
Desktop customization:
Mold with fixed holes: T-shaped groove tracks or positioning pins are added to the tabletop, aligned and locked with the mold base holes to prevent sliding during movement;
Irregular shaped molds: Install adjustable stoppers or 70 Shore anti slip rubber pads (with high friction) to wrap around the edges of the mold to avoid left and right displacement;
Tall mold (over 2 meters high): Add 1-1.5 meters high side guardrails to prevent tipping during turns;
Scratch resistant+precision protection: The tabletop is sprayed with a 5mm thick polyurethane wear-resistant layer or coated with PE film, which will not scratch the precision surface of the mold (such as the cavity of the stamping mold) during loading and unloading.
