Flatbed rail cars are mainly divided into these categories: towline flat cars, BWP series are battery electric flat cars, turntable track changing flat cars, steel slag series flat cars, trolley push-pull flat cars, and reel-powered flat cars.
There are seven main technical parameters of flatbed rail cars: power supply mode, deadweight tonnage, table size, table height, track length, track spacing, and operation mode. Among them, the most important technical parameters are power supply mode and deadweight. The power supply method determines its model, and its specifications are determined by the deadweight tonnage.
1. Towline flat car
When the towed electric flat car is running, it is powered by the cable towed by the flat car. One end of the cable is connected to the ground power supply, and the other end is introduced into the flat car through the iron clamp device of the electric flat car. The characteristics of this type of electric flat car are that the height of the table is low, and the loading and unloading of heavy objects is easy, but the running distance cannot be too long, generally not more than 100m, and it is too long to wind the cable.
Battery series flat car
2. BWP series are battery electric flat cars, powered by batteries.
The battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drives the flat car to run. Compared with AC motors, DC motors have the advantages of not being burnt easily, having large starting torque and strong overload capacity. Compared with the KPJ and KPD two series of flat cars, it has greater safety performance and maneuverability. It can run on bends and turnouts, with unlimited running distance and no insulation requirements for the track, so the construction is convenient and low-cost.
3. Turntable track changing flat car
The turntable rail-changing car is the supporting equipment of the electric flat car. When the production process line needs to turn, and the electric flat car cannot meet its requirements, it can be equipped with a turntable rail changing car. The turntable track-changing flatcar can be divided into manual and electric.
4. Steel slag series flat cars
Special electric flat cars and metallurgical industrial and mining vehicles, table size, gauge, load tonnage, power supply method, etc. can be designed and manufactured according to user needs.
5. Trolley push-pull flat car
The biggest feature of this electric flat car is that there is no electric appliance on the main body of the flat car, and the electric appliance is installed on the trolley that can be driven separately. When the flat car needs to run, the motor reducer on the trolley is connected to the main reducer on the flat car to drive the flat car to run. When it is not running, it can be towed away from the trolley; electrical appliances and reducers can also be installed on the trolley as needed. The operation of the electric flat car is directly dragged or driven by the trolley. It is generally used in washing rooms, sandblasting rooms, and paint baking rooms. Wait.
6. Reel-powered flat car
AC 380V power supply with cable drum. The cable drum is a hysteresis coupling type to ensure that the cable is evenly stressed and not easy to be damaged. AC 380V provides electric power to the YZ crane metallurgical motor on the flat car, and the motor drives the flat car to run. Since cables are not used, it is safe and reliable, not afraid of hot, not afraid of smashing, and does not hinder cross transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, which greatly facilitates the transportation and layout of the factory.
