Henan Aluminum Co., Ltd. is the largest private aluminum processing listed company in China. It was established in 1997, covers an area of 300,000 square meters, and has more than 4,000 employees, including 480 professional and technical personnel. The trucks ordered in the factory are used to transport aluminum coils with diameters ranging from 0.8-2m. Two coils are transported at a time, and the weight does not exceed 50T.
The aluminum coil produced is mainly transferred from the production workshop to the warehouse. On the way from the workshop to the warehouse, there is a ditch that needs to be crossed, and the two doors are not in a straight line. In order to realize the transfer, we designed a parallel track replacement for the customer. For the rail shuttle car scheme, a rail flat car with a load of 55T runs in the trench. The track is laid on the table of the car, and the upper surface of the track is flush with the upper surface of the track on the ground (workshop and warehouse). When the transfer car is transported along the workshop track When reaching the ditch, the track on the ferry car platform keeps docking with the track on the floor of the workshop. The transfer car completely runs to the top of the ferry car and then stops. The shuttle car starts to carry the transfer car to the door of the warehouse, and stops after docking with the track at the door of the warehouse. The transfer vehicle drives to the warehouse along the docked track. In the design process, the most worrying problem for users is the problem of rail docking. Our company adopts automatic stop control, and the docking error is kept within ±5mm to complete the precise docking.
Due to the expansion of the production scale, the customer returned the order three times in 2017 and 2018. The flat cars ordered these times were all running well without failure.
