The pallet rail transfer cart travels along fixed rails. It negotiates turns by travelling on S-shaped curved tracks, and can also operate in combination with a turntable. This cart features a high degree of automation. Its diameter can be customized to satisfy different on-site application demands.

APPLICATION

It supports fixed or variable travel speed and features forward and reverse travel functions. Multiple operation control options are available: onboard fixed control panel, cable-connected pendant control, and wireless radio remote control.

Standard safety configurations include audible horns, flashing warning lights, emergency stop buttons, impact bumpers and collision avoidance systems.

This pallet rail transfer cart supports full customization according to client requirements. We supply flat platforms or dedicated load fixtures tailored to specific cargo. Optional platform configurations cover built-in weighing scales, as well as lifting, tilting and rotating functions.
