Product Description

This low‑voltage rail‑powered transfer cart uses a step‑down transformer to convert 380V AC into two‑phase 36V AC and feed power to the two running rails. Conductive wheels collect 36V AC from rails and deliver it to the onboard electrical cabinet. A rectifier module converts 36V AC to 36V DC, and the DC control unit drives the DC motor to realize start‑stop, forward‑reverse movement and speed regulation.

This transfer cart series fits S‑shaped tracks, curved rails and high‑temperature operating conditions. A hydraulic lifting system can be fitted as an option. Its DC motor delivers soft startup, high starting torque, limited impact on reducers, low operating voltage and long service life. While offering reliable safety and flexible operation, it calls for strict track‑laying standards - rails must be fully insulated.

Designed for high‑frequency, medium‑to‑long‑distance transport with capacity up to 50 tons. Travel distance has no theoretical limit. Additional step‑down transformers shall be installed to offset rail voltage drop once travel exceeds 70 meters.
