Product Description

The electric rail powered transfer carriage reduces the AC 380V power to two phases of 36V through a transformer and connects them to two rails. The wheels on the rail flat car introduce the AC 36V power on the rail into the vehicle electrical box. Rectify the 36V AC to 36V DC, and then control the DC motor through the DC control system to make the flat car start, stop, forward, backward, speed adjustment, etc. This series of electric rail powered transfer carriages can be used in S-shaped rails, curved tracks and high-temperature occasions; hydraulic lift systems can be installed on flat cars; DC motors for flat cars have smooth starting, large starting torque, low impact on the reducer, low voltage, use Long life and other advantages. It has safety and flexibility, and has high requirements for track laying (requires insulation treatment of the track). Electric rail powered transfer vehicle is suitable for occasions with small load capacity (<50t), high frequency of use, and medium and long distance transportation. Not limited by distance, but the running distance exceeds 70 meters, the number of transformers needs to be increased to make up for the rail voltage drop.
