Three-phase low-voltage rail power supply
The power supply principle is that the three-phase 380V power supply in the workshop reduces the voltage to 36V through the ground step-down transformer, and feeds it to the conductive rail (the conductive rail also serves as the flat car walking track) and a sliding contact wire in the middle. The device sends low-voltage electricity to the step-up transformer on the car to boost it to 380V to drag the three-phase motor to drive the flat car.


Single-phase low-voltage rail power supply
The two-phase 380V power supply in the workshop reduces the voltage to a safe voltage of 36V via the ground step-down transformer, and feeds it to the conductive rail (the conductive rail also serves as a flat car walking track). The conductive device sends the low-voltage electricity to the step-up transformer on the car to boost it to 380V to drive the single-phase motor to drive the low voltage transfer trolley.
Single-phase low-voltage rail power supply (DC motor drive)
The two-phase 380V power supply in the workshop reduces the voltage to a safe voltage of 36V via the ground step-down transformer, and feeds it to the conductive rail (the conductive rail also serves as a flat car walking rail). The low voltage electricity is sent to the rectifier module on the car through the conductive device of the flat car to get a DC voltage of 48V to drive the DC motor to drive the flat car to run.
