Electric flat car is a kind of electric railroad transportation vehicle in the factory, also known as trolley, straddle car, and ground climbing car.

The low-voltage electric flat car is a 36V single-phase low-voltage rail-powered electric flat car, which is powered by a rail trolley line. It reduces the 380v AC voltage to 36v through the step-down transformer, feeds it to the flat car through the track sliding contact line, introduces the 36v current into the flat car through the power-taking device on the flat car, and then increases it to 380v DC by the on-board rectifier. The traction motor provides power and controls the behavior of the transfer vehicle through the control system.
