Rail Transporters

Rail transporters, heavy-duty transporters and automobiles are mobile platforms for transporting all types of goods. The transport surface can be flat with a support plate or it can incorporate specific elements, such as a double wedge support, to support circular objects such as rings or coils in the direction of travel or transverse direction, and one or more rolls with anti-roll systems. Due to their versatility, they have unlimited applications in heavy industry, automotive molds, steel mills, wind power and other industries.

Transport vehicles are classified according to the type of wheel:

- Self-propelled trailer mounted on rails. There are straight, curved and even intersecting tracks.

- On floors with polyurethane wheels (Vulkollan type), the interior is usually Shore 85A and the exterior is large rubber.

- Conventional motion of one steering shaft and another drive shaft (rear-wheel drive type).

- Bi-axle movement where both axes execute commands and motors simultaneously.

- Full range of motion (multi-wheel models), multiple sets of wheels, including independent traction and rotation, allows for movement in all directions.

Classified by power supply type:

- Power supply via hose reel. For short trips, there is a socket at one end; For long trips, there is a socket in the center. You can even motorize the reels over a long period of time.

- Powered by a battery. Size depends on the expected usage time. Although a flotation charging system with a charging station is available, it is preferable to charge it on a full shift

- Powered by magnetic induction. With a pickup system, you can power cables buried in the ground without contact (civil engineering required). It allows the integration of a buried cable tracking system that allows you to create curved, circular routes and even cross and route changes. Predefined workstations and commands can be integrated with programmable SCADA through an integrated system in a central computer.
