The mobile track guided transfer vehicle is an intelligent electric flat car. It can effectively solve labor problems and save time and energy. All onboard control systems are wirelessly connected to the ground control system of the rail car through wireless access points. In the intelligent control system, the speed of the mobile track guided transfer vehicle is directly controlled by onboard signals to prevent safety accidents caused by human error. The electric flat car receives relevant signals from the ground through sensors located at the bottom of the rail car, and is connected to the braking system of the rail car to control the driving process of the rail car and prevent overspeed and entry and exit.
The image on the left shows the core components of an RGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle): the gearbox reduces speed, increases torque and stabilizes operation, the wireless remote control intervenes flexibly, the wheels bear and protect the track, the electrical control cabinet is the "nerve center", the frame serves as the supporting "skeleton", the AC motor provides power, the warning light provides sound and light warning, and the lead-acid battery stores energy to supply power, all of which contribute to the stability of the RGV.
