Before the operation of the electric flat car:
1. The operator should carefully read the instructions provided with the vehicle before use, and be familiar with the principle and operation process of the equipment.
2. Confirm that there are no items stacked within 1 meter on both sides of the track and in the middle of the track.
3. Check the contact between the conductive column and the track, if there is no contact, manually restore it.
4. Check whether the wire ends of the distribution box are loose or sparked. Check whether there is any looseness or sparking traces of the wires in the wiring pit and the copper bar wiring, check whether there is any abnormality in the on-board power distribution box, and then send power after confirming that there is no abnormality.
5. After inserting the controller, make sure that the mode is in the jog mode, jog to confirm that the alarm and warning lights are working normally, and then gradually test whether the buttons are effective, and make sure that there is no problem before using the car.
6. Switch the electric vehicle control mode according to the length of the transportation distance and the actual situation. Jog mode: Press the walking direction button to start walking, release the button to power off and stop. Long-motion mode: After pressing the walking direction button, the vehicle starts to walk, and it can move even after releasing the button. When you need to stop, press the stop button. In any mode, if an emergency occurs, the emergency stop button must be pressed immediately. Once this button is activated, the vehicle will stop immediately.
Electric flat car in operation:
1. When the vehicle is in use, pay attention that the material must not be stacked more than 1.5 meters high to ensure that the material is stacked firmly, not loose, not overloaded, not ultra-wide, and not ultra-long.
2. The equipment operator should concentrate on operating the vehicle, pay attention to the situation in front of the direction of travel, and observe the operation of other equipment around to ensure that it does not collide with other equipment during operation. The equipment operator shall not do anything irrelevant to the work during the operation.
3. There is a connecting hook at the front and rear of the electric flat car, which can tow other flat cars or be towed if necessary. Special attention should be paid to when the flat car is towed, the brake must be released first to prevent damage to the gear or V-belt, and do not exceed the rated speed of the flat car, otherwise the motor may be damaged due to over-speed rotation.
4. Vehicle operators should pay attention to their position (standing on the side of the vehicle (the side with the control box)) while walking, and keep a certain safe distance from the vehicle. Operators are strictly prohibited from standing on the platform to operate the vehicle.
5. When the vehicle is in use, the operator should pay attention to whether the vehicle is abnormal. Once an abnormality is found, it should be stopped for maintenance immediately, and it can be put into use after the fault is rectified.
6. When it is close to the end of the track, pay attention to select the jog mode, stop in advance, and avoid hitting the stopper, causing the material to slip and hurt people due to inertia.
7. Pay close attention to the operation of other flat cars on the same track, and make reminders to avoid collisions between multiple cars.
After the electric flat car is running:
1. After the vehicle is used, the materials on the platform of the flat car must be cleaned up to keep the platform free from accumulation of objects.
2. The vehicle should be parked in a place that does not excessively affect the operation of other equipment.
3. After parking, you need to check the condition of the vehicle again, such as whether the conductive device is normal, and whether the onboard power distribution box is abnormal, then unplug the controller, lock the onboard power distribution box, and cut off the control power supply of the electric flat car.
Other matters needing attention for electric flat cars:
1. Electric flat cars shall not be used as other work platforms for other operations such as electric welding and gas welding.
2. The electric flat car platform must not be used as a place for long-term stacking of materials. The use of flat cars must be planned and scientific, and long-term occupation is strictly prohibited.
3. The track must not be used as a ground wire.
4. There is a potential difference between the two tracks, and no conductive material should be placed horizontally on the two tracks to avoid accidents.
5. The track is required to be insulated, and it is not allowed to perform operations such as flushing on the ground near the middle of the track and on both sides to avoid electric shock and equipment damage.
6. The stop at the end of the track is only used as a safety protection measure and should not be used as a routine parking device.
