2. Too high or too low oil viscosity will cause trackless battery powered transfer carriage to heat up: re-select oil.
3. The side plates, shaft sleeves of electric flat cars and the end faces of gears are in serious friction: first check whether they can be repaired, if there is no possibility of repair, they should be replaced immediately.
4. The high ambient temperature, small fuel tank volume and poor heat dissipation will cause the pump to heat up: for different situations, it should be handled separately.
5. If the viscosity of the selected oil is too high or too low, the output flow of the electric flat car pump will be reduced: oils with qualified viscosity should be used.
